Most people see technology as a “black box”—magic that just works. I spent 9 years in the classroom teaching my students that there is no magic, only physics.
I’m Hajin Song, a physicist, educator, and researcher. After nearly a decade of teaching and pursuing doctoral research (PhD ABD), I realized that the most important “experiments” in the world weren’t just happening in university labs—they were happening in the R&D departments of the world’s most innovative companies.
Why “Infinite Square”?
In quantum mechanics, the Infinite Square Well is the foundational model where we learn that energy is quantized and the world is not as “continuous” as it seems.
I founded Infinite Square Lab because I believe the stock market is moving toward a similar reality. We are entering an era where Deep Tech—semiconductors, quantum computing, space exploration, and advanced energy—will determine the next century of growth. To invest in these companies, you can’t just look at a balance sheet; you have to understand the physics of the product.
My Journey: From Classroom to the Lab
- The Educator (9 Years): Holding a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), I’ve mastered the art of breaking down the most complex concepts in the universe into digestible, actionable insights. I don’t just give you data; I give you understanding.
- The Researcher (PhD ABD): My background in high-level physics research allows me to see past the marketing hype. If a company’s “breakthrough” violates the laws of thermodynamics, I’ll be the first to tell you.
- The Analyst: I look for the “Technical Moat.” While others analyze quarterly earnings, I analyze the atomic-level advantages of a new chip architecture or the orbital mechanics of a satellite constellation.

왜 “Infinite Square”인가요?
양자역학에서 무한 우물(Infinite Square Well)은 에너지가 양자화되어 있으며, 우리가 사는 세상이 겉으로 보이는 것처럼 단순하지 않다는 것을 배우는 가장 기초적인 모델입니다.
제가 Infinite Square Lab을 설립한 이유는 현대 주식 시장도 이와 유사한 현실로 나아가고 있다고 믿기 때문입니다. 반도체, 양자 컴퓨팅, 우주 공학, 차세대 에너지와 같은 딥테크(Deep Tech)가 향후 100년의 성장을 결정할 것입니다. 이러한 기업에 투자하기 위해서는 단순히 재무제표만 보는 것을 넘어, 그 제품 속에 숨겨진 ‘물리의 법칙’을 이해해야 합니다.
